Accommodation fees can be paid by credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Diners club, Discover, as well as by bank transfer to the account.
If another person/organization is paying the fees on behalf of the participant,
the name, contact information of the company that will be making the payment must be provided.
Individual and group registration is done through Berlina‘s DAC system,
which will be open for participants of the professional event from February 1, 2024.
Accommodation can only be booked after registration for the professional event.
Additional services within the accommodation such as minibar, extra meals or parking are not included in the accommodation offer. If you make use of these services, please pay for them directly at the hotel reception at the time of your stay. Please note that upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel service will require a credit card as a security deposit for other additional services. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
In order for your accommodation to be confirmed, you must pay the total amount for your stay. The cancellation policy related to the accommodation can be found in the online area of Berlina's DAC system..
The last date for registering accommodation for the professional activity is May 24, 2024, or until the room offer is sold out.
Cancellation conditions can be found in the registration form when selecting the offered rooms of accommodation.
Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy, which applies equally to individual and group registrations.
Please note that for refunds, according to the cancellation policy, Berlina reserves the right to charge a + € 10 handling fee per cancellation per accommodation unit. The date of cancellation of the service provided is the date of receipt of the online written cancellation information. Telephone changes, or changes otherwise received within the accommodation, will not be accepted.
In this way, we kindly ask participants of the professional activity not to contact the accommodation facility, but to contact Berlina directly, who will deal with all your requests promptly. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the services you have booked.
