Berlina, s.r.o. offers its clients the possibility of securing registration or other services related to the organization of the conference through https://neurochirurgia2024.berlina.sk/EN.

After entering the data required in the on-line registration form, which is created for each event separately, and after sending it to the address of Berlina, s.r.o., the company Berlina, s.r.o. will confirm the registration to the client by e-mail, where the client will receive all the information about the registration or other services associated with the event, as well as the client will receive information on the possibility of payment for the ordered services, along with cancellation conditions if the detailed information is not provided on the event website. The delivery of documents between the client and Berlina, s.r.o. is primarily carried out electronically to an e-mail address or by post. The Client is obliged to notify Berlina, s.r.o. of valid contact details or any change thereof. In the event that the Client cannot be contacted using the contact details provided by the Client, Berlina, s.r.o. shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Client in connection with this fact.For electronic delivery of documents, if Berlina, s.r.o. receives incorrect details in the Client's registration and these do not allow the delivery of the document to the Client's e-mail address, Berlina, s.r.o. shall consider the written e-mail correspondence to have been delivered on the date of sending the e-mail to the Client. For the delivery of documents by post, if the client does not accept the delivered letter, the letter is deemed to have been delivered on the expiry of the third day following the date of dispatch to the client's address indicated in the registration form. The aforementioned fiction of delivery shall also apply in the case of return delivery of documents from the client to Berlina, s.r.o. .

Cancellation fees in case of cancellation of accommodation orders during congresses, events, trainings, seminars are governed by the cancellation conditions specified in the on-line registration forms of the participant of the event on the website of each event.

Registered participants of the event acknowledge that in case of force majeure or in case of not reaching the minimum number of registered participants of the event, Berlina, s.r.o. has the right to unilaterally cancel the event with the obligation to refund the already paid participation fees no later than 14 days from the date of notification of the cancellation of the event in the form of an e-mail message.

Berlina, s.r.o. is not liable for damages that it did not cause, nor its subsequent service providers if the damage was caused by the client, after the event by a third party.

The client is obliged to notify his/her requirements without delay so that a remedy can be arranged in due time at the venue itself, while a written record of the claim must be made, with the original received by Berlina, s.r.o. and a certified copy of the claim received by the client. If it is not possible to meet the requirements immediately on the spot, the client can make a claim, but no later than 1 month after the end of the event in writing, otherwise the right to claim on the part of the client is extinguished. Berlina, s.r.o. is obliged to respond to all complaints in writing within 30 days of receipt of the complaint.

The client will be informed of the result of the complaint immediately after the end of the complaint procedure by e-mail, in which he will receive the official result of the settlement of his complaint.

In the event that the Client's complaint is found to be justified, the Client will be refunded the funds in the amount of the Client's bank account number, as a rule within 14 days, unless another solution is agreed with the Client, depending on the options offered by the suppliers of the services ordered. In the event that the monies paid must first be refunded by the relevant other service provider ordered by Berlina, s.r.o., the client acknowledges that the refund period may be extended, up to a maximum of 30 days. Berlina, s.r.o. hereby undertakes to take all available steps in such a way that the money will be refunded to the client as soon as possible by the suppliers of the services ordered, and at the same time to provide the client with the information from the service supplier and the expected date of reimbursement of the funds to the client's account upon request.

Berlina, s.r.o. as a personal data controller undertakes to proceed with the processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act", or "PDPA"). "Act") and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and for this purpose Berlina s.r.o. has adopted and published on its website a Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy.

On the basis of the completed on-line registration form, the client gives consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of Berlina, s.r.o. for the purposes related to the professional event for the necessary period of time in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: "GDPR") and in accordance with the Principles of Processing and Protection of Personal Data.

The payment method will be indicated on the website of each event and will be binding for the client.
